Our niche style of training, Metabolic Training, sets us apart from all other group fitness classes and studios. This is not a “HIIT” or a “Bootcamp” class, this is Strength Training at a pace.
Metabolic Training is the perfect hybrid of Strength Training and Conditioning but at Limitless, we still treat it like a 6-8 week Strength Training block. By implementing the same principles of traditional Strength Training, our program design helps you build a strong physique and gain the STRENGTH you want inside and outside of the gym.
Come join us for a Free Trial Class! Our trainers look forward to meeting you and learning more about you and your fitness goals. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time so that we can greet you and give you a run down on what to expect. Just bring your gym shoes and sweat towel and we will handle the rest!
